How much does it cost to build a real estate website?
Here, nothing to start: 2 property pages and your profile are free, with no card. Starter is A$14.49 a month for 10 properties, premium designs and ad tracking — less than a single listing costs on most portals. Pages adds a sales team and a CRM. Accounts in Australia are charged in AUD.
Can I get a property landing page for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 property pages, your agent profile, the leads inbox and an instant thank-you reply to buyers. Publishing takes minutes from your phone. Upgrade only when you have more listings than pages.
Do estate agents use WhatsApp for leads?
In most of the world it is how buyers message an agent, which is why every page here has a WhatsApp button and every enquiry goes to your phone. If you are in a text-message market, the page adapts. The follow-up guides cover what to send in the first hour and the next ninety days.
Do Australian agents have an MLS?
No. realestate.com.au and Domain occupy that position commercially, and you buy placement campaign by campaign rather than accessing a shared feed. International website products built around an IDX feed have nothing to connect to in Australia.
Does this replace realestate.com.au?
No. Keep listing where buyers search. The change is that your campaign, your signboard QR and your social bio can point at a page that is yours, where the enquiry comes to you and stays with you after the campaign ends.
Can I use it for a single campaign?
Yes. A single-property page is a common use. One link that carries the photos, the floorplan, the inspection times and a contact button, which you can send directly to a buyer rather than sending them back into a portal search.
Who runs this. My Property Pages is built by Gurjeet Singh, a developer in Mohali, from the feedback of more than 100 working agents who wanted enquiries that came to them rather than to a portal. Support in Australia is answered by the person who wrote the software.
